This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the use of the website located at www.icount.live (the “Website”) which is built, owned, and operated by Qube Cinema Technologies Private Limited (“Qube,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy governs the terms and conditions related to the cancellation of services and refunds for Qube’s iCount solutions and other services provided through the Website. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Policy. Please read it carefully.
1. Cancellation of Services
1.1. To cancel your subscription or any ongoing service, you must provide a written notice to the Company at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to the desired cancellation date. Notices must be sent via email to support@icount.live
1.2. Upon receipt of your cancellation request, the Company will confirm the receipt of such notice in writing. The effective date of cancellation (“Cancellation Effective Date”) shall be 14 days from the date of receipt of your cancellation notice by the Company.
1.3. All services will continue to be provided, and you will remain responsible for any associated fees, until the Cancellation Effective Date. Billing for the service will cease on the Cancellation Effective Date.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. All payments made to the Company are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, service fees, or any other charges associated with the services provided by the Company.
2.2. The Company does not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any payments once processed, regardless of usage, cancellation, or any other reason.
2.3. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
